Seminars & training
The daylight conference room can be seated flexibly – parliamentary, U-shape or theatre style. For full-day formats we plan break refreshments and lunch.

Daylight conference room for up to 20 people and a meeting room for up to 6 on Frankfurter Ring. Bookable by the hour or day, with or without accommodation.
The short answer
Hotel Königstein hires out two rooms: a daylight conference room for up to 20 people and a separate meeting room for up to 6. Both are inside the house at Frankfurter Ring 28-30, within walking distance of Frankfurter Ring station on line U2.
Because the house is run independently, we calculate per event rather than with a standard package. You pay for the room, the equipment and the catering you actually need – not for a package half of which goes unused.
Accommodation for your participants is planned in directly and rooms are placed on one floor wherever possible. Garage spaces are reserved in advance too.
Occasions
Product presentation, seminar, contract negotiation – whatever you have planned.
The daylight conference room can be seated flexibly – parliamentary, U-shape or theatre style. For full-day formats we plan break refreshments and lunch.
The meeting room for up to 6 people is separate and quiet. For confidential talks with participants arriving from both sides, the location on the A9 axis is practical.
Projector, screen and flipchart are provided by arrangement. If you bring your own equipment, we clarify power supply and set-up time in advance.
A neutral, quiet room outside your own office – frequently booked for interview rounds with candidates travelling in.
Meeting, dinner, overnight stay and breakfast in one offer. The hotel bar until 01:00 takes care of the informal part.
For celebrations on a manageable scale, room, bar and lounge can be combined. Contact us with your date and number of guests.
Suitable rooms
For groups we place rooms on one floor wherever possible and reserve garage spaces at the same time.

Costs depend on the room, duration, equipment requirements and catering. We calculate per event, because a standard package is almost always too expensive for small groups. Send us the date, time, number of participants and required services – you will receive a concrete offer, usually on the same working day.
Yes. Both rooms can be hired by the hour or day without a room booking. Many clients use this for job interviews, contract negotiations or half-day workshops with participants from the Munich area.
Break refreshments, coffee, snacks and lunch are arranged to fit your schedule. Because the kitchen and bar are on site, break times can be shifted at short notice if a discussion runs long. Vegan and vegetarian options are prepared on request.
Frankfurter Ring underground station on line U2 is within walking distance; from the main station it is around 15 minutes without changing. By car, the A9 and the Mittlerer Ring lead directly to Frankfurter Ring. Lockable garages are available for €13.00 per night, though numbers are limited.
We usually answer enquiries on the same working day. Whether a date is possible at short notice depends solely on occupancy – if in doubt, call +49 89 350 36 0 directly, which is faster than an email.
