Our daylight conference room seats up to 20 people and is suitable for meetings, seminars or presentations. For smaller discussions, a separate meeting room for up to 6 people is also available.
Because the house is independently run, you speak to one person during planning – not to a booking department. Seating, equipment, break times and catering are agreed in advance, and accommodation for your participants is added directly.

How many people fit into the meeting room at Hotel Königstein?
The daylight conference room seats up to 20 people. For smaller discussions there is a separate meeting room for up to 6. Both rooms are inside the building, so participants move between meeting, room and breakfast without stepping outside.
How much does a meeting at Hotel Königstein Munich cost?
Costs depend on room size, duration, equipment requirements and catering. We calculate per event rather than using an off-the-shelf package, so you only pay for what you actually use. Send us the date, number of participants and required services through the enquiry form and you will receive a concrete offer.
Can I book the meeting and accommodation together?
Yes. Accommodation, meeting room and catering are planned in one offer with a single contact person. For groups we place rooms on one floor wherever possible and reserve the required garage spaces at the same time.
What equipment is available?
Projector, screen, flipchart and moderation materials are provided by arrangement; Wi-Fi is free throughout the building. If you bring specialised equipment, we clarify power supply and set-up times in advance. Please state your requirements in the enquiry.
Is there parking for meeting guests?
Lockable garages are available at the hotel for €13.00 per night, though availability is limited. For meeting groups we reserve the required spaces in advance – simply state the number of vehicles in your enquiry. Public parking is also available along Frankfurter Ring.
How do participants reach the hotel by public transport?
Frankfurter Ring underground station on line U2 is within walking distance. From the main station it takes about 15 minutes on the U2, without changing. Participants coming from Riem and the Messe München exhibition grounds take the same line directly to Frankfurter Ring.
